Arrival
Please arrive for your onsite massage appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule. No full or partial refunds will be given.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations require at least 24 hour notice or there is a 100% fee charged.
Professionalism
Our policies have been placed to protect our staff and help new customers understand that RealMassage is strictly non-sexual. Any inappropriate comments or behavior will immediately terminate the massage. No refund will be offered and no future appointments made.
Compliance
Lack of policy compliance by clients is unprofessional and will result in termination and/or refusal of service.
